The product is nice but because it’s soft and the packaging is suboptimal, the product arrived damaged. That’s quite a problem when this is designed for kids and babies. Their toes and fingers can get trap onto parts where it does not fully seal. The shipping was relatively quick but the tracking information was poor even though it is from the expensive EMS. Overall I give this a 3 star because it has its potential but the delivery is disappointing.
