I would say this item works pretty well, however please note that if you have a slimmer frame, you will have to tighten the shoulder straps a lot more than it was designed for. What this means is that those heavy metal adjustable buckles will dig into your armpit and hurt over time. Perhaps just get a size larger than yours and this problem won’t be as prominent.
