this roller is just like the ones they sell in stores for much more money, it is heavy and is definitely a quartz, metal is not gold but rose gold, when I was purchasing I read other reviews and was actually happy about the color difference, it looks very organic with pink stone. quality seems great so far, I bought it for myself but my mom instantly loved it, so I am getting another one for myself and also will get one as a gift. very great item for the price!
