After inserting the 4 AAA batteries (not included), the scales lit up immediately and were ready for the first reading. It took me about a minute to install the recommended app (pairing occurs almost instantly and everything is very easy to configure) and get my first measurements. Note that there is some computation required by the scales to calculate body fat etc. so the measurements are not ‘instantaneous’ – they take about half a minute to complete, requiring you to stand still on the scales for that amount of time. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the measurements, but they come very close to the values given by my nutritionist’s (professional) devices. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, as the scales came from a warehouse on the neighbouring country, but apparently they had attempted an earlier delivery (I was not at home by then).

I had high expectations about the scale, but it is even better than expected. I can’t check how accurate it is, but it looks really reliable. For the weight of the whole body, I am pretty sure it gives correct results. The application is straight forward and easy to use. Every aspect of measurement is well explained, enclosing values graphs and recommendations on what to fix for a more healthy life. I like watching statistics for everything about me, and this looks very interesting to me. I can now have an overview picture of my health. It can be connected with the Google fit and Fitbit applications as well.
